I help customers translate complex business needs into practical software solutions. Working with Product and Engineering, I clarify requirements, check existing capabilities and planned improvements, and guide paid projects from scope through delivery.

I’ve guided software implementations for multi-location healthcare organizations, from planning through training and go-live. I help teams work through different needs, align workflows, and manage phased rollouts so the software supports their daily work.

I’ve supported large healthcare organizations by learning their priorities, coordinating with internal teams, and following through on concerns. I work to build trust through clear communication and practical solutions.

From understanding to delivery

How I Work

I start by understanding what a customer is trying to accomplish and how their business is changing. Sometimes the answer is already in the software. Other times, the need takes more exploration before customers and engineers can agree on a practical solution.

I work with Product and Engineering to check existing capabilities, consider the roadmap, and turn that understanding into clearly scoped work. My goal is to help customers move forward while creating paid opportunities that make business sense and fit the product’s direction.

I do this work remotely, with a structured routine and clear communication. I manage priorities independently, follow through on commitments, and keep progress, decisions, and potential issues visible so customers and teammates know where things stand.
